  • 1. How can I place an order?
    You can place an order directly on our website by adding your desired items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
  • 2. How long does order processing take?
    We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • 3. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • 4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    You can request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at nestledglown@gmail.com. After this period, we may not be able to modify the order as it will already be in processing.

    We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, email us at nestledglown@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at nestledglown@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
