Shipping & Return Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time varies by location:
- U.S. & Canada: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

Return Process

Email us at nestledglown@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Once you receive the RMA number, follow the provided instructions to return the item.
After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
