1. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To request a return, email us at nestledglown@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, and tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • After this period, the order will be processed, and changes may not be possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
